Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Finch and Fern Botanicals products.

Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our items, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@finchandfernbotanicals.com with a photo of the item. We'll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Unused Items
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.
